SUBMISSIONS

We welcome monographs and edited collections on studies of Fantasy, Science Fiction, Horror, Detective fiction, Crime fiction and thrillers, Romance, in literature, comics and graphic novels, genre films and other genre visual media. We are interested in studies that highlight fictions of the “Global South”, studies of transnational connections between genre fictions, and the untranslated in genre fictions.

Currently, we are particularly on the lookout for transmedial genre studies, especially film, franchise cultures, and video games. We are also interested in book proposals based on English translations of work previously published only in non-Anglophone languages.
